THE FRAME

Three-point hitch between clevis Nos. 3/4 – Pin Nos. 3/4 – antirotation function – lit third point for no play and ensuring compliance with the ISO 730 tractor hitch standard.
A double 180×80 mm rectangular tube welded frame: cannot develop any play and its stiffness guarantees long service life for the complete assembly.
Four square 70 mm tines carriers made from high tensile steel ensures chassis strength suited to intense use.
Four parking stands built-into the extensions, two in front and two at the rear: no fall hazard, ensuring good stability.
Two cylinders at the front and two at the rear for folding the extensions: spreads the loads to limit chassis flexing and guaranteeing high durability.

Hydraulic retraction to 3 metres in two parts with hydraulic safety features ensuring comfort and safety
Levellers behind the last row of tines with three possible positions: adapt to specific conditions.
One pair of wheels at the front and two pairs at the rear, size 584×236 mm, with separate hydraulic adjustments: even adjustment is guaranteed on all of the wheels to obtain a continuous accurate adjustment.
Indicators and lights are included in line with CE standards

The URASI precision scalper is a tool that meets environmental transition goals and the desire to progressively end the use of phytosanitary products.

URASI is highly effective for scalping straw or generating selfseeding without upsetting the ground’s organic structure.

The URASI precision scalper allows achieving a high level of in the ground, maintaining biodiversity, preparing covering crop planting and green manure (intermediate energy crops, nitrate-fixing intermediate crops), while reducing or eliminating the use of crop protection products.

CONTROL BOX

A single controller is needed for all of the hydraulic adjustments (wheels + three rows of combs).

WELL FINISHED WORK

Control over the working depth is fully managed by the separately adjustable front and rear control wheels with a floating link at the third point level. Consequently, the machine remains stable and the working depth remains constant even at high speed. Straw and weed elimination is optimised thanks to the triple row of combs at the rear. Tine working depth range: 3 to 8 cm at a speed of 12 kph.
